Scheduled my appt on Sunday and they were at my house Monday morning to replace my windshield. Installer was very nice and friendly. I would definitely use Safelite again.

My battery died upon my arrival. Without hesitation, the gentleman who waited on me jumped my car. He had to do it twice. He did not charge me and suggested that I head next door to get a battery. He said that the windshield replacement could take up to 45 minutes. They had it done within 30 minutes. Coincidentally, the gentleman's son also replaced my battery next door at AutoZone who was just as kind and helpful as his dad. Good customer service still exist and they have proven that. I'm so grateful for both Safelite and AutoZone...

I was very pleased with my technician, he was in contact with me first thing, letting me know an approximate time of arrival. This is very helpful if you have things to do. The technician was very courteous and informative of what to do and not do. I had a complete windshield installed and it seems like all my electronic are working the same as before with the old windshield. And a thank you shout out to my tech for making my mirror tight again!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Took a stressful situation and totally eliminated all the stress around driving with a cracked windshield. Robert was timely, professional and quick to get started. The office support was there from the time I made the appointment until after Robert was done just to make sure I was satisfied. 5 stars all day long in my opinion.
